They paid between $ 1.20 and $1.40 for their IAP shares. Given that IAP is trading at $1.50 and the turn around in property prices then SURELY this should be having a positive effect on the TOT's NTA.
The TOT share prices drops to .94 THAT MAKES A LOT OF SENSE TO ME !!!
The market works in strange ways and I will never be able to work it out.
I am munching away again .06c on .94c is not a bad return in my humble opinion from a yield perspective.
There appears to be lot of buyers at this level 1m odd shares traded.
Looking forward to the next TOT NTA
