Finally bought in today at $20.60. Told my broker to buy 10,000. I watched the screen and didn't see any 10,000 orders. Guess what. They bought it using the BOT machine. Interesting.
October will be a big month for Macquarie. Surplus capital with big buyback or maybe capital return (I don't think so)announced. Currently on a prospective 10% plus yield.
Also, the Fin Review is constantly referring to Macquarie as a takeover target. The Fin Review is always having stories leaked to them about such things. They are normally on the money. Com bank. Which Bank. New Ceo wants to make his mark. They would have to pay well over $30. I think NTA is approx. $28.00 plus intangible NTA is about $32.
