Well it makes sense now why MIN hasn't yet put anyone on the Board. Rhis loan 'deal' is only marginally better than the V deal that was proposed. The interest rate is on par. The Options a little dearer and the volume a little bit less. Why do these people feel the need to get both a high return and 'cheap' options? If it is such a good deal why not let shareholders vote on it?
