Countries haven't had to change, dictators still take cash and put it in Swiss bank accounts, civil wars continue, and the UN continue to tell the Western world its their problem. Sometime soon Africa and its leaders are going to have to lead instead of blaming white imperialism on all their internal problems.

This child isn't the result of famine. He was kicked out by his own parents. They accused him of being a witch! After 8 months on his own, aged 2/3 years, he was rescued by the woman in the picture and has made a full recovery.
