actually, the old board and management were kicked out and the new management team has been executing on that.. all legacy players are now gone.
the new management team (well they have been there since earlier this year) was the same recommended by the substantial shareholders.
the business is looking at its best shape in many years although numbers have yet to show that. balance sheet is robust with no debt and Alipay provides an exciting new growth path.
the opportunity is tremendous at these depressed levels, but do dyor.
