Indeed. I also think the new Chair adds a lot in terms of growth for Alipay and Gruden going forward which will underpin the earnings growth mid term. Bartercard has not been their focus so makes sense to channel the energy and capital towards the assets where they see their expertise being more beneficial to the overall business while selling Bartercard to someone who has more focus and skills in that space.

I think in 1-2 years we will look back and kick ourselves for not buying more at these ridiculous levels, but i also recognise that you can't keep averaging down forever.. need to start bringing new investors onboard to get the stock going the right away..
