Euroz stockbroking posted a 600% increase in profit for the half year, got enough money to pay an 8 % dividend.
I think the reason for the boom times for EZL stockbroking is that they are a Perth based stockbroker that specializes in raising capital for newer companies, especially miniung companies.
Don't have to be Einstein to figure out that with speculative mining in a boom time, there will be a flood of new start ups soon to come onto the market. Euroz must have already picked up a large portion of this to account for profit rise.
I believe the number of start up mines will increase. Personally, start ups are too risky for me, but im happy to hold a company that makes money by charging under writing fees for these companies. I predict that EZL profits will continue to rise at an alarmingly good rate.
EZL trading on a PE of around 5 now by my figures. Undiluted. Pays 8% divi. Happy to hold.
