Back in ye olde days, when I wasn't a lazy slob, I would make up enough pizza dough mix for a couple of pizzas in the bread machine, leave it to prove for a while, then make the pizzas. But that was when the kids were still here.
Now I go to the freezer and get out one of those "Best Margharetas in the world", let it thaw out and chop up the toppings and throw it in the oven.
