Commercialisation seems a difficult road.
Especially when there are competing interests.
Putting the success of the company above all needs to be centrepoint of the business strategy. Sales should be the metric used to measure progress. Incentives must be tied to $$ generated. But that only happens when you have something to sell.
Staffing, salaries and future rewards should be commensurate with the business need and state. Here's hoping Greatcell's news means a profitable business is on its way.
