Have made an offer on a property. Offered 250k the agent presented this and the owner had a sad and said he wanted 350k. After settling him down the agent talked the owner down to 300K.
I have 2 questions for anyone out there with a bit of knowledge:
1) What would be the second raise...I am keen for it.
2) How quick do I re bid...
