At least we do get minimum of update each quarterly these days, however fluffy or misleading it might be. Remember the days when you got 3 or 4 updates in short space, then a CR, then nothing for at least another year until less than 3mil in the bank, then more updates wonder what is coming.....
I think i prefer this regular updates and being able to raise cash at various times with NO DISCOUNT.
But as you say AKKI absolutely comes down to....
im pretty sure the pressure is growing on the board as im sure the last raise was "well give you 10 mil but something more than nice lab results needs to happen VERY soon". No discount and sophs are well down on 3c
