It seems good references to Ionis and Sarepta yet the first thought i have is they have progressed their drugs without paying anyone a multi million dollar deal to transport their drugs into cells, will anyone else? We obviously have great cell penetrating technology but who will be first to actually pay to access that and then pay the ongoing costs of commercializing that?? At the moment it seems like plenty of collaborations maybe only for others to tweak slightly and come up with their own version, same as we did with omomyc?
