Potentially, depends if it's classed as market sensitive especially given it was part of the share purchase agreement? I have no idea either re this sort of thing.

I don't think it'll make or break the company but it certainly will have an effect on our travels to February reporting and I for one hope that it is a green upward path we take for the next few months rather than the ugly red downward path. Come on Mr/Mrs Barrister, throw us some good green directions!
