If CBA said "hey guys we won a legal battle yesterday and are getting $82bn in a settlement" - I think you would categorise that as significant. Yet $82bn compared to CBA's market cap is the same proportion as the escrow vs SGHs market cap

There's also the added benefit of clawing back money from a semi-fraudulent deal..
