    If WTG gets the better of the barrister decision are they likely to immediately distribute the escrow (or whatever portion of it they get their grubby mitts on) directly to shareholders? WTG would exist then as little more than a company shell. SGH may be unable to wring anymore shekels from that stone! Thoughts? GLTAH!
