Yes, possible "capping" activity, as has been goning on for weeks/months...but it might also just be normal trading.

After all, we are at recent highs and the thing is moving relatively slowly, so you have to expect the odd seller here and there.

The important thing is that big buyers keep patiently stepping up to the plate on a regular basis...these are very typical accumulation patterns.

WTE is not a good one for trading, so might need to adopt a buy and look away policy...that is what I have done anyway.
