they got them in specie from Amrad and a clean cash exit versus their bal sheet from the CSL takeover...everything (cash wise) I imagine is getting loaded into Veg...have a look at the announcement from a few YEARS back and work out the numbers on the implied capitalisation on Veg and the step up versus the Bal Sheet ISSUED CAPITAL and the forecasts re a future IPO pre money value
