I certainly will challenge anyone I feel is unjustified in the overly positive or negative position they take on any aspect I have a view on. As it has been said, it is our right to debate. I also respect YC's research ability and knowledge but I've also noted his differing pattern of behaviour & tone in his posts when he's been buying versus selling. I may be wrong on this, hence I apologised in advance in my earlier post. But I'll never be backward in commenting when I feel justified, but I will keep it professional & not personal.

I agree with you garthstar, that those who establish or re-establish a position in MAK only after the funding is ann'd will certainly pay more than anyone buying presently. The ol' risk / reward rule. For my part, I'm still happy to spec on MAK. The question IMO is 'when' not 'if' this 'show gets on the road'.
