what you say is correct, however it is not the whole picture.

HC is very useful for identifying stocks to research which might otherwise have never come to one's attention.
And occassionally one of them turns out to be a jewel.

It also provides an avenue for members to question each other and/or let off some steam. This is seen as a waste of time by some, but I think that to a point at least it creates a community which is dynamic and sometimes amusing as we stock-market addicts share our idosyncracies.

Finally, there are people who post material here designed to assist others and people whose only intent is to fleece you, as well as a few nutters who just simply like to make a noise.

Thats life, it is up to you to sort it out and make the best of it.
