A few thoughts...
1) The assumption is that they are going after "big logistics firms" seems incorrect based on their strategy. They are going after a much broader amount of verticals than big logistics. Comment is to the original poster as well.
2) Right now, they somehow have got large entities to sign with them (some of which publicly traded). These firms have techs and apparently are not using them to develop a SaaS and or routing/optimization offering in this space.
