Macquarie research have the stock on 82c as sum of parts. The recent asset selling shows no significant discounts, on the contrary it results in profit for the company.
I have absolutely no idea why this is going lower it looks unbelievably cheap. Surely something is going on behind the scenes, hypothesis:
1. going down in sympathy with BNB
2. Tamar valley sale in trouble after government leak
3. profit downgrade coming?
4. corporate play to have the price lower before TKO or privatisation
any other ideas?
