    A recent Stock Exchange press release by Sunkar Resources (SKR) (a possible future DAP producer in Kazakhstan) mentions this:

    The typical industrial scale phosphoric acid plant consists of:

    * reactor, where phosphate rock is reacted with sulphuric acid;
    * filter, where the reactor's slurry output is filtered to separate phosphoric
    acid from calcium sulphate (gypsum);
    * clarification and concentration facility, where the acid is separated from the
    remaining hard substances; and
    * concentration of the phosphoric acid to a grade suitable to produce fertilisers
    (DAP, MAP or Triple Super Phosphate ("TSP")) or Merchant Grade Acid ("MGA") by
    the evaporation of water.

    The company's shares, after floating last year at around 120p, bottomed around 7p, if I recall correctly (about the same time as ours did), and are now around 40p. They have a low grade phosphate mine (17% sort of grade?, similar to BON tenements?) (not sure that they get any revenue yet from it) but they hope to be a big DAP producer one day. The link to the press release that has made the shares go up a lot is below. Still hope for us to rocket when the scoping study comes out, I hope. We need to catch up with SKR. The press release contains a lot of other detailed info about pilot plant tests (the sort of info UCL might publish one day?).
