for a better pizza curst
may I suggest
cook your garlic in olive oil
this extracts the garlic oils
then allow to cool
and use this in your pizza dough
also add dried mixed herbs, is you don't have fresh to the dough
and you like others will think
why, why didn't I do this years ago..
