All ingredients must have skin on,,and cut into huge chunks,

• 1 big pot
• 2kg best beef mince
• 1 onion
• 18 garlics
• ½ cabbage
• 7 carrots halved
• 7 spuds quartered
• ¾ cellery
• Fist full of fresh sage tips
• ½ jar of marinara sauce
• 2 table spoons BartyMite
• 1 tea spoon pepper
• ¼ bottle of tomato juice
• salt as you need it.

wack it all in,,top up with water,and turn on the heat.

Sour cream and or balsamic to tasted when put in bowl
