I don't think SGH will die. In fact I think the new management will arrest the decline and turn the business around. I just don't see that results in sufficient upside in enterprise valuation to justify the risk. There are far better options for investment.

The share price on the other hand may well spike up much higher given it's so tightly held and easily pushed around on light volume, but you couldn't trust it to be sustained.
