it was expected result but good news is they have got uk lease guarantees removed from the 3 floors that have been subleased. hall hearing is now complete and judgement is awaited by March. even with covid impact downside was limited. i think next year we are seeing another rights issue or maybe after h2. its a mess that will take time to clean up. sell off seems a bit of over reaction. lockdowns are gone now so business will surely bounce back.
