Your point is moot. It makes little no sense actually.
if I spent 20k to buy ESI shares @ 5c, then spent another 20k @ .03c, I would've broken even right now.
if you pay a premium for something only to find it's nowhere near worth that, but are afforded the opportunity to break even, or even profit, by buying back in at a much lower price, then that takes precedence over what really matters in the end...IMO.
