Don't you need a little "wealth" to stash away in the first place? A PM I won't name blew all ours out of his bum and another few hundred bill as well.

If you like this idea get behind your PM in his endeavours to stem the bleeding, don't frustrate him at every turn denying anything needs fixing. You can't say everything is GOOD with a AAA rating and then say we lack a sovereign wealth fund. Only one of these statements can be true, not both.
