for what it is worth but watso only buys yoghurt when it is rtc - but the rtc price is creeping higher and higher.

basically yoghurt is nothing more than milk, with some culture - but when added with a bit of sugar sells for about $5 per litre.

it is not hard to make yoghurt at home - just starting of with a bit of natural yoghurt.

for what it is worth , but coles are selling a yoghurt starter kit for $10 - which included 3 sachets of yoghurt, and a lovely insulated container
