Mazwegian agrees with Watso that yoghurt is a total rip off in this country. It's just milk gone off!
I have a friend from Bulgaria who brought some starter back from the motherland. I've tried just making it in a saucepan, and then putting it in tubs in cooler bag overnight. First time worked, second time failed. Will try again this weekend.
I just can't bring myself to buy it in the shops, especially as I am after wholemilk yoghurt (non of that low fat rubbish for me) with no sugar added. Very hard to find.
