making your vote count

I have not sumbitted votes before, pretty much deeming the holding to be too insignificant to count.

This time like the rest of you I am rattled and disappointed about the resolutions and feel the vote is required, in protest (especially on 5 to 8) if nothing else.

What is the usual practice for submitting your votes. Do you turn up in person (or allocate a proxy) or do you post back the form (which seems to relate just to Proxies).

Having attend the AGM before it would appear that all the results were already known and counted prior to a raising of hands.

Whilst I had an initial feeling that the Perfomance Rights were a good way of saying hey if we dont get into production then we are going to personally hurt, that having taken time to consider it, its a Joke. We have waited paitently as holders for 4 years with countless delays. What do we care if its April rather than Jan if it means GIVING away 800,000 stocks! The company can and must ship the ore at some point. Performance Rights for this action is a scandal. The Directors are well paid and this is their duty. The amount of stock is too high and the timeframe too weak.
