Can someone please advise me when the MAL relisted as BWD did...

    Can someone please advise me when the MAL relisted as BWD did the holders of MAL shares get shares in restructured BWD and if so at what ratio.

    Also was there supposed to be a share holding notice sent out.

    The reason I ask is I held MAL via Etrade and they have dissappeared and no BWD shareholding in its place.

    Sorry I should know but I was in hospital for the whole month of Dec 2010 and have lost some of my paperwork.
