I fully agree with what you are saying. You can make money out of developments but it is the hardest way and you have to get everything right. Sell to some dreamer and take the profit somewhere else. Test my theory whatever price you think it's worth put 10% on top and dont blink. Friends have put a unit in Seashells complex in Scarborough on market. Agent said $700k they said put it on $780k, we can wait.
