Wow you really dont do much homework on your investments do you.
1) Very little has been done in the courts to eliminate corruption
2) This is plainly demonstrated in the article
3) You dont cancel court cases if you just need to change the magistrate
4) The judiciary system isnt cleaned up. The public are rallying due to the lack of action currently
5) The current case date has been thrown out and no date reissued for many moths. If there was a big push to do this right then wed have a reallocated date. But we dont. LIN is in the dark and no idea why it was thrown out or when if ever the plea will ever be heard
6) Meanwhile the damages mount for which I doubt LIN will ever be able to pay now.
7) Why woud Saner sell to LIN whos caused them all these headaches?
8) If they ever were they would have well and truly approached LIN by now. Yet theres nothing at all
9) Why would the Saner family overlook a dying wish of their husband and father to keep fighting LIN?
10) LIN could be easily out smarted with a bribe to the magistrate and theres nothing LIN could do because you cant go using shareholder monies for bribes can you
11) Saner has been happy to wait for over a year for this case. They arent going to suddenly roll over and say "Oh lets forget it and here have it" haha
12) Your two points didnt hold any validity. As you can see these 12 sure did.
I could go on and will if need be but we can see more than enough folly in hoping over being logic about the situation and unlikeihood of the outcome you suggest.
Why else did Alexandria run when he said the same thing but then disappeared.
Reality kicked in and perhaps you should listen to this reality too.
The only thing holding this stock up is those fake apparent fake orders at just under 3 cents that I noticed last time the sp fell you said they were yours. The rest fled. Twice now. I suspect we will see the same and all that accumulation is sure going to hurt if this baby falls through
