Nice post Calvo. Does anyone know the date that the enquiry must report its findings to the Government by? If it is open, then given the attitude of the chief protagonists, the enquiry could drag on forever and during this time I suspect that no new licences can be given to LYC by Government departments. Surely the Responsible Entity writing the Terms of Reference for the enquiry will be as public document. Needless to say I regard the need to report within a reasonable time frame as of a very high priority otherwise uncertainty will continue indefinately.
