Just read Lynas action plan again. It said "The AELB approved Lynas PDF Planning Framework on 24th Oct
2013.
Two options in residue management were agreed;
1. To commercialize the use of WLP.
2. To store WLP in Permanent storage facilities as waste."
There is no option for sending back under that AELB approved framework... so, is the AELB approved framework on 2013 considered as rules or regulations for Lynas? Is Lynas under protected for option which is never agreed each other before if as they said they need to follow laws and regulations?
