I used to own a 1200ha beef, sheep and cropping farm in central NSW in the late 1990s, so I have a good idea how enormous a foreign-owned industrial estate of that size is. I look forward to the very close environmental scrutiny and oversight that the Minister must undoubtedly be applying to this development!
