They are right about the boom but their timing will probably be out. The last time I heard this was the resources boom forecast in the late 70's by Fraser. It did happen but not before a dip. This time it is Japan and China that will be the driving force as Asia gets back on track. Resources will certainly be in short supply as new large discoveries are rare these days. The cheap energy costs of Australia will also boost the processing industry. Also Australia is a much more diversified economy these days.Of course the unknown factor is the United States and the $US and the jury is still out on them.Beware the dip.
