    The only source of contention is the radioactivity. With the start of C&L in Kal, which removes all Th/U, everything changes.

    Even if the current limits on "concentrate throughout" remain, the Kal concentrate will be MANY times more concentrated in REEs than the concentrate currently being shipped from Mt Weld to the LAMP.

    They will need to multiply LAMP solvent exchange to keep up with any Mt Weld expansion.

    I would not consider any upgrades to LAMP as bad money as long as Kal operations are simultaneously developed.

    This LAMP expansion also leverages the real expertise that has developed at the LAMP by Malaysians who will remain in Malaysia regardless.

    As long as Kal ops move forward in an expeditious and State-assisted manner, I'm very happy to see further investment in the LAMP.
