"KUANTAN- The Lynas Advanced Materials Plant (LAMP) can finally begin its long-delayed operations.
The High Court here yesterday dismissed an application by three local residents to stay a decision to grant a Temporary Operation Licence (TOL) to it.
Judge Datuk Mariana Yahya in her ruling said that the contention by the three applicants that LAMP's operation would lead to environmental and health problems was too premature to be raised at present."
