The issue was about the TOL.
Premature !!!!...ie Let the LAMP operate and if it turns out that it is a Health/enviroment hazard then approach the Court again to cancel the TOL.
At present !!!!..its all theory and rhetoric ..at present...premature..shoo...go away and come back when you have real proof.
