This may or may not be problems. first Lynas never mentioned multiple sites after the final selection half a year ago. Now AL says we always had multiple sites. Not saying untrue but it just is strange. Next Lynas did not pay the second payment of the USD 34M. Site change and not making payment moves it up into the top 4 on my list. I am not saying it is a problem but when things start changing and explanations are week it gets my attention. Long term holders should remember NC well who for nearly two years told us about changes and that it was all OK with no good explanation. Causing lamp delays and they never produced anything while prices were high.
