Jab2 seems to be where the immediate problem lies. [Not Jab1 KG]

Apparently we need a signature on the dotted line to transfer the Measat slot to NWT so we can put Jab2 [Measat 3?] in the air.

Again apparently the signature, thereby the Measat slot is a condition precedent to the final granting of ExIm funds.

I have not verified any of this [end of year, too tired aka can't be bothered any more] but that is the info I have.

If Malaysia are holding up the signature, why? What is their problem?

Too many parts to this last bit. Too many people relying on too many people.

Only 1 piece of the puzzle left to fit in to place and the whole picture will be revealed but does the last piece actually fit?
