unless and until this piece of paper from Singapore or Malaysia is received by newsat the share price will remain below water..Ballantine eluded to this some weeks ago to me that all they needed was this one document.And still no document.unsure of the details and tho can accept that negotiations need to be under cover until finalized,but the market is now fully aware of its absence with the resulting stagnate share price
