If it was only Lynas at stake, maybe the doom and gloom you feed to yourself and others might just hold h2o, but it's not, and not by a huge long shot. Intel, Japan, US, and Lynas will all pool into the kitty that it takes to pay off the corrupt pollies that predominate discussion and decision. An extension will be constly but easily paid by the deep pockets of the folk who depend on a source outside of China. The product demand is the allegiance. I think I might be willing to be of the point of view that an extension will be in play after a whole bunch of theatrics to drive the lobby price up. I have a tiny position but have earmarked funds for much more. I believe the buying time will be as the extension in granted, probably the midnight hour before the deadline.
I might sell to enjoy the slide down while sabers rattle.
