Where does the end of July sign-off come from? There was also another article I posted earlier saying Lynas wouldn't get the TOL for two months. Wondering if this is GS and co just keeping everyone worried so they can cover shorts low and buy, then sell the lot on an "early" TOL announcement. Certainly looks like we're at the start of a run at the moment. Last run started 8 days prior to the TOL announcement. Guess you could argue we're on day 2 of this run given yesterday's massive volume.
