NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition for the winding-up of the above-mentioned company was presented to the High Court at Shah Alam on 8 July 2025 by Kiplepay Sdn Bhd (Company No.: 200001007771 / 510377-P), and that the said Petition is scheduled to be heard before the High Court in Shah Alam on 9 October 2025 at 9:00 a.m. in the forenoon.

Any creditor or contributory of the said company who wishes to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing either in person or through a lawyer instructed for that purpose. A copy of the petition will be provided to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring it by the undersigned upon payment of the prescribed charge.
