I reckon the court will come down on the side of the asylum seekers.
the court has no interest in stopping the boats and all the politics of it all
All they are concerned with is the rights of asylum seekers.
there is a danger that they will made to suffer if they are sent to malayasia for sure
my money is on this going against the government.
But I wouldn't want to put my house on it.
