Not trying to pour cold water over the whole saga (in fact Good luck to ROC holders! I still believe in HZN!) but I wouldn't be surprise if no other bids eventuate for ROC. Seems very well timed to have the first bid to derail a contentious merger...then right before the extraordinary meeting, a second indicative, incomplete bid. Don't have much knowledge in this area but what are the requirements needed to make a bid?

As Roc has now confirmed, Cliq Energy is not involved. I'm really surprised that these companies are coming in to announce intentions to bid....knowing this this would surely push the share price and therefore, their acquisition price higher.....hmm
