    The takeover bid by CLIQ must have some credence and merit if it is taking so long for an announcement. If it was not serious then it would have been dismissed earlier. Perhaps ROC and CLIQ management are agreeing on the price. Any takeover bid would have to be around the 70 to 75 cent range for it to warrant attention and for ROC to not proceed with the Horizon merger.
